Foreign trade commissioners gather in HK offices for investment trends

More than 50 members of the Foreign Trade Commissioners Association attend the presentation.

More than 50 members of the Foreign Trade Commissioners Association met for the first time at the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office New York on April 13 to hear about the foreign direct investment (FDI) trends in the U.S.

Speaking at the forum was Aaron Brickman, director of Invest in America of the U.S. Department of Commerce. He briefed on the latest FDI trends as well as efforts and resources by the U.S. Government to attract FDI.

The association members came from a broad spectrum of countries in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
